I'm always right

I am always right. I felt that I should get this out of the way
as I am now beginning to get comments on my posts. As I say,
I am right and those who disagree with me are wrong.
Some foolish people say that no one can be right all the time
but this is nonsense. Let me explain. If you are of average
intelligence and speak only on those subjects that you know
something about and surround yourself with foolish people who
do not know much or have not thought seriously about the
points you raise then you will be right all the time. So it is
possible to be right all the time.
I never talk about things unless I have a good knowledge of
them and I always think before I open my mouth. Also I am
very honest with myself. I never belive something just because
I belive it , which is in fact what most people do. I always try
to prove myself wrong and come to knowledge as , so to speak ,
as a last resort. Very few people do this but you can try it
yourself by simply taking some of your core beliefs and trying
to prove that they are wrong. You may be surprised just how
often they are in fact quite wrong.
Most people don't think about their beliefs....they don't seriously
challenge their own opinions. And few are prepared to admit
that they less intelligent than the company they are in. This is
not a mistake that I am in the habit of making. I have no problem
with admitting that the majority of those I know are considerably
more intelligent than I am or am ever likely to be.
I make no claims as to being an intelligent person. I am not a
tall man. I am not a handsome man. Being honest about these
things does not diminish me in any way but when it comes to the
question of intelligence the great mass of people are convinced that
they are at least of average intelligence compared to others. And
as this is obviously not the case it follows logically that the majority
of people are wrong about their own level of intelligence most of the
time. And if they are wrong in estimating the own intelligence then
its not at all suprising that they turn out to be wrong about a lot
of other things.
There is no 'trick' in being right. There is no mystery to it. It is like
any other skill. But it does involve a blistering degree of honesty. And
most people find that difficult. Why this is so I have no idea.
None of this is intended as tongue in cheek. I mean what I say
quite literally. And it has nothing to do with some kind of arrogance
on my part. As I have said , I make no claims about my own
intelligence nor to I pretend to have any great skill or ablilities.
I have been honing this one skill for years , decades in fact , and
have always been interested in why people belive the things they
belive so there is nothing strange about the fact that I have become
very good at it.
Most people do not like to admit when they are wrong. And this
makes no sense as there is nothing 'wrong' with being wrong. But
nevertheless people consider it an affront to be told that they are
wrong. The same applies to 'intelligence'. If it is pointed out to a
small man that he is not tall he will accept the simple logic of the
situation but if you tell a man he is not intelligent he will insist that
he is even if it is obvious to all and sundry that he is not.
And if you should disagree with what I have written here then
it is simply because , as usual , I am right and you are wrong.
